Estell Owen, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, July 3 at 9:15pm for criminal possession of a firearm by a felon. She is still being held at this time without bond.

Garry Kaye, age 68 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, July 4 at 7:53pm for driving while suspended and two counts of interference with a law enforcement officer. He is still being held at this time without bond.
