Alicia Lyn Ditty, age 48 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, July 30 at 6:41pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and two out of county warrants. She was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, July 31 st on a $100 cash bond.
