Derrik Shane States, age 33 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, July 2 at 6:03pm for domestic battery, and interference with a law enforcement officer. He was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, July 3rd on a $1000 surety bond.
