Cassandra Ann Wagner, age 36 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, July 2 at 10:55am on a failure to appear warrant. she was released the same day at 2:13pm on a $1500 surety bond.
James Robert Blevins, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, July 2 at 7:45pm for assault. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, July 3rd without bond.
