Derek Lee Allen Shadden, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, July 26 at 8:00am on a sentence.  He was released on Sunday, July 28 at 7:56am for time served.

Jon Lawrence Farrell, age 53 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, July 26 at 7:00pm on a sentence.  He was released on Sunday, July 28 at 7:00pm for time served.  

Amanda Dawn Benton, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, July 27 at 9:00am on a sentence.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Jonathan A. Irizarry, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, July 27 at 9:49am for possession of certain hallucinogenic and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was released the same day at 11:46am on a $1000 surety bond.

Eric Alton Deck age 44 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, July 28 at 1:51am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Eric Monroe Shoemaker, age 46 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, July 26 at 10:23am for driving while suspended.  He was released the same day at 12:40pm on a $500 surety bond.

George L. Daniels, age 57 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, July 28 at 4:58pm for driving while suspended.  He was released the same day at 6:14pm on a $500 surety bond.
