Raymond David Helgren, Jr. age 28 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, July 27 at 8:27pm for possession of opiates/opium/ narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a protection order.
