Leonard Lee Fornoff, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, July 27 at 10:21am for detention authorization.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Steven Joseph Lyon, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, July 27 at 3:40pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Christian Todd Hart, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, July 27 at 3:40pm for felony interference with a law enforcement officer and four failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $4000 surety bond.

Katherine S. Manning, age 30 was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol on Wednesday, July 27 at 6:06pm for driving while suspended and on out of state warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
