McElroy, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, July 26 at 4:40pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Angela Leann Willard, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, July 26 at 11:12pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. She is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.
