Robert Lee Beebe, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, July 23 at 7:39pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of fentanyl, theft of property or services, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time without bond.
