Garret Raney William Smith, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, July 23 at 10:00am on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 10:33am on a $2500 surety bond.

Madison Lee Walters, age 18 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, July 23 at 7:26pm for assault, domestic criminal deprivation of property, disorderly conduct and domestic battery.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Raymond David Helgren, Jr. age 22 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, July 24 at 1:43am on two failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $3500 surety bond.
