Aguaio Guffin, age 34 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, July 16 at 5:50pm for interference with at law enforcement officer.  He is still being held at this time on a $1250 surety bond.

Nikolas Ray Charlton, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, July 16 at 10:16pm for aggravated endangering a child, distribution of marijuana within 1000’ of a school, distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs within a 1000’ of a school, distribution of meth within 1000’ of a school, possession of paraphernalia and use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Olivia M. McCullough, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, July 16 at 10:16pm for aggravating endangering of a child, distribution of marijuana within 1000’ of a school, distribution of meth within 1000’ of a school and felony possession of paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

William Jewell Fry, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, July 16 at 10:16pm for aggravating endangering of a child, distribution of meth within 1000’ of a school, felony possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

William Russell Troy Prestley, age 33 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, July 17 at 2:33am for possession of marijuana, possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
