Jeannette Renae Smith, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, July 15 at 1:16pm on a Bourbon County Warrant.  she is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

George Francis Austin, age 53 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, July 15 at 9:22pm for disorderly conduct and domestic battery.  he is still being held at this time without bond.
