Amanda Nicole Abbott, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, July 14 at 2:34am for felony criminal possession of firearm by a felon, distribution of certain illegal drugs, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, transporting an open container, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Charles Robert Baldwin, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, July 14 at 1:48pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

Randy Keith Houdashelt, age 59 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, July 14 at 1:15pm for possession of illegal drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.

Lukas Williams Howard, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, July 14 at 7:08pm for commercial solicitation of a child, electronic solicitation with a child, indecent solicitation of a child and sexual exploitation of a child.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
