Scott Russell Watkins, age 46 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, July 9 at 5:45pm for aggravated criminal sodomy, aggravated intimidation of a witness and rape. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, July 10th without bond.
