Kelsy R. Monroe, age 18 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, June 30 at 7:08pm on a failure to appear warrant. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, July 1st on a $1500 surety bond.
Ryan Lane Burgin, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, June 30 at 10:10pm for aggravated indecent liberties with a child, aggravated intimidation of a witness, aggravated kidnapping and rape victim under the age of 14.
