Daniel Kevin Wire, age 59 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, June 7 at 12:10am for driving while suspended, possession of ephedrine or precursor with intent and possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Phil Arnold Naylor, age 65 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, June 7at 1:27am for driving while suspended and two counts of possession of ephedrine or precursor with  intent and possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Shawn C. Kelley, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, June 7 at 1:26am for possession of ephedrine or precursor and two counts of possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. He is still being held at this time without bond.
