Christopher Tyler Leigh, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 2 at 10:47am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Jody Lamont Mitchell, age 48 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, June 3 at 7:30am on two out of state warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $6000 surety bond.

Douglas Eugene Lawson, age 45 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, June 3 at 4:23pm for criminal trespassing.  He was released on Sunday, June 4 at 2:27pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Daniel Todd Ornstein, age 58 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, June 3 at 7:13pm for driving while suspended.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Randy Keith Houdashelt, age 60 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, June 3 at 8:14pm for driving while suspended, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
