Carolyn Sue Lotterer, age 60 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, June 29 at 9:40am for distribution of certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Jared W. Lotterer, age 33 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, June 29 at 9:40am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and possession of paraphernalia to cultivate. He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Michael L. Morris, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, June 29 at 2:04pm on a failure to appear warrant. He is still being held at this time without bond.

LaHanna Noel Basse Large, age 29 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, June 29 at 4:11pm on a failure to appear warrant. She was released the same day at 6:26pm on a $500 surety bond.

Dean A. Jacobs, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 30 at 1:22am for driving while suspended, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer and two counts of interference with a law enforcement officer. He is still being held at this time without bond.
