Timmy Lee Rhoades, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, June 2 at 10:47am on a failure to appear warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, June 3rd on a $5000 surety bond.

Reedy Bryant, age 52 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, June 2 at 4:24pm for no valid drivers license. He was released the same day at 4:36pm on a $2500 surety bond.

William Russell Troy Presley, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, June 2 at 11:39pm for possession of certain stimulants, possession of paraphernalia to cultivate and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, June 3rd without bond.
