Bennie LeeRoy Fennell, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 31 at 3:48pm on a failure to appear warrant. He was released the same day at 4:03pm on a $2500 surety bond.
Bryon Raphael Cooley, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 31 at 5:50pm on a probation violation warrant. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Joe Luis Hernandez, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 31 at 2:56pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
Roxanne Elizabeth Wilkinson, age 28 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s office on Friday, May 31 at 9:10pm for conspiracy aggravated battery of a law enforcement officer, conspiracy criminal damage to property, eight counts of conspiracy flee or attempt to elude, two counts conspiracy interference with law enforcement, and failure to stop at accident. She is still being held at this time without bond.
Jacob Jay Merriman, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 31 at 9:11pm for aggravated battery, failure to yield at stop or yield sign, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, two counts of fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, two counts of felony interference with law enforcement officer, six counts of reckless driving, unlawful use of turn signal and violation of restrictions on drivers license or permit. He is still being held at this time without bond.
Chirstopher Lee Colvin, age 29 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, June 1 at 3:24am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. He was released on Sunday, June 2 at 11:14pm on a $5000 surety bond.
Robert Thomas Harper, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, June 1 at 12:40am for driving against restrictions, duty of driver to report accident and interference with a law enforcement officer. He was released the same day at 11:43am on a $1750 surety bond.
Hailey Dawn Fields, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, June 1 at 4:03pm for possession of controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on Sunday, June 2 at 12:27pm on a $1750 surety bond.
Gloria Shantel Magee, age 31 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, June 1 at 7:45pm for aggravated assault, criminal deprivation of property, criminal threat and domestic battery. She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
James E. Golden, Sr. age 66 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, June 2 at 1:17pm for criminal trespass. He was released the same day at 9:23pm on a $100 surety bond.
