Heather Renee Bartlett, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 24 at 9:00am on a sanction.  She was released on Sunday, July 26 at 9:00am for time served. 

Jonah Isaiah Eisenbrandt, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 24 at 6:00pm on a sanction.  He was released on Sunday, July 26 at 6:00pm for time served.

Eric Dean Stewart, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 24 at 6:33pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released on Saturday, June 25 at 10:48am on a $500 surety bond.

Luke Andrew Williams, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 24 at 10:49pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was released on Monday, June 27 at 1:50am on a $25,000 surety bond.

Chelsie Elise Berten, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, June 25 at 1:00am for aggravated domestic battery.  She was released on Sunday, June 26 at 4:28pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Katie Lee Crowe, age 42 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, June 25 at 7:57pm for criminal threat.  She is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

Seth Caleb Weber, age 24 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, June 26 at 3:17pm for domestic battery.  He was released the same day at 6:27pm on a $1500 surety bond.
