Ryan Mitchell Swink, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, June 24 at 6:57am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and possession of paraphernalia to cultivate. He was still being held as of 8:00am the same day without bond.
