Richard Darrell Ray Nunley, Sr. age 49 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, June 17 at 8:32pm on a failure to appear warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, June 18 th without bond.

Ryan Allen Wells, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, June 17 at 11:11pm for aggravated domestic battery, felony interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, and
out of county warrant and a probation violation warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, June 18 th on a $12,000 surety bond.

Veronica Lynn Wells, age 61 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, June 17 at 11:11pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs. She was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, June 18 th without bond.
