Jeremiah Ricky Glen Wallace, age 47 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, June 16 at 10:14pm for two counts of possession of certain substances, an out of county warrant and a failure to appear warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, June 17 th on a $5000 surety bond.
