Joseph Emery Martin, age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, June 14 at 1:20am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
Felicia Renee Forester, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 14 at 10:22am on a probation violation warrant. She is still being held at this time without bond.
Samantha Dawn Stumfoll, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, June 14 at 10:54am on an out of state warrant and a failure to appear warrant. She is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.
Kristen R. Staton, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, June 14 at 6:03pm on a Fort Scott Municipal Warrant. She was released the same day at 9:26pm on a $300 cash bond.
