Elida Esther Quintana Baez, age 26 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, June 8 at 12:41am for possession of certain illegal drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
Brian L.
