Brent Lee Cagle, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 3 at 4:34pm for distribution of certain stimulants, two counts of felony interference with a law enforcement officer and possession of paraphernalia to cultivate. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, May 6 on a $50,000 surety bond.
