Travis Lee Finney, age 28 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 24 at 8:37am on three probation violation warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Aeneas Talib Smith, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 24 at 11:58am on two failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $6000 surety bond.

Taran William LaPiere, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 24 at 6:00pm on a sentence.  He was released on Saturday, May 25 at 5:55pm for time served.

Chism Dakota Hoener, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 24 at 7:00pm on a sentence.  He was released on Sunday, May 26 at 7:00pm for time served.

Jennifer Thamh Sawyer, age 25 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, May 26 at 4:13am for domestic battery.  She was released on Monday, May 27 at 1:53pm on a $1000 surety bond.

George Francis Austin, age 53 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, May 25 at 7:58pm for driving while habitual violator and interference with a law enforcement officer.  He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Charles Rivers Beck, age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, May 27 at 6:22pm for driving while suspended.  He was released the same day at 7:36pm on a $1250 surety bond.

Joseph Donald Bitner, age 58 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, May 27 at 8:17pm for possession of controlled substance and use of possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
