Daniel Evan Blake, age 56 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, May 20 at 9:12am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  he is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Zackery Glenn Baker, age 34 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, May 20 at 12:04pm for driving while habitual violator, driving while suspended, failure to drive in right lane on 4 lane highway, failure to yield at stop or yield sign, fleeing or attempting to elude with five or more moving violations, maximum speed limits and unsafe turn signal.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Larry Steadman, Jr. age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 20 at 9:52pm for distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Stephanie Dawn Hallacy, age 51 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, May 20 at 9:06pm for battery of a law enforcement officer.  She was released on Thursday, May 21 at 3:23am on a $1250 surety bond.

Sergio Alvarez, age 46 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, May 20 at 11:43pm for interference with a law enforcement officer.  He was released on Thursday, May 21 at 7:35am on a $2500 surety bond.
