Charles Phillip Naylor, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, May 1 at 10:29pm for aggravated battery, driving while a habitual violator, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer and interference with a law enforcement officer. He was still being held as of 8:00 Friday, May 2nd on a $10,000 surety bond.
