Terrance DeWayne Lee, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 15 at 7:48pm for felony interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $250,000 surety  bond.

Matthew James Violet, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 15 at 7:48pm for felony interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $250,000 surety bond.

Michael F. Walker, age 58 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 16 at 10:23am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

Scott D. Phillips, age 55 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, May 16 at 12:32pm on an out of county warrant.  He was released the same day at 6:59pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Trevor Dean Hull, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 16 at 8:20pm on five failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $24,000 surety bond.
