Gabrielle Kaye Belcher-Cowlishaw, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 15 at 8:22pm on a failure to appear warrant. She was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, May 16th on a $500 cash bond.
