Alexander Duncan Trexel, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 13 at 1:54am for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer and theft of property or services.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Emily Louise Martin, age 22 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 13 at 11:19am for possession of controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  she was released the same day at 5:03pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Kevin Michael Fruit, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 13 at 2:50pm on a failure to appear warrant.  he was released the same day at 3:46pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Alex Garcia Juarez, age 18 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, May 13 at 10:09pm for driving while suspended.  He was released on Tuesday, May 14 at 1:25am on a $500 surety bond.

Savanna Lee Smith, age 20 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, May 14 at 1:37am for possession of paraphernalia to cultivate and two counts of possession of controlled substance.  She is still being held at this time with bond.
