Ray Clinton Nunley, age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, May 10 at 10:39am for driving without a valid license. He was released the same day at 1:12pm on a $500 surety bond.
Edward Leroy Nutt, age 67 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, May 10 at 2:31pm for aggravated battery. He was released on Sunday, May 12 at 2:37pm on a $25,000 surety bond.
Taran William LaPiere, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 10 at 6:00pm on a sentence. He was released the same day at 8:49pm for time served.
Tyler Lee Harper, age 45 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, May 11 at 3:15pm for driving while suspended and an out of county warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $6250 surety bond.
David L Vess, Jr. age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, May 12 at 12:40pm for violation of offender registration act and a failure to appear warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
Kayla N. Winans, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, May 12 at 11:13pm for possession of controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on Monday, May 13 at 1:53am on a $1000 surety bond.
Annastasia Marie Odrowski, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, May 12 at 11:13pm for possession of certain stimulants and unlawful possession of paraphernalia. She was released on Monday, May 13 at 2:00pm on a $1000 surety bond.
Alexander Duncan Trexel, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 13 at 1:54am for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer and theft of property or services. He is still being held at this time without bond.
Dean Grant Phebus, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 13 at 1:54am for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and interference of a law enforcement officer. He is still being held at this time without bond.
