Russell Leroy Rourk, age 69 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 9 at 8:24am for domestic battery.  He was released the same day at 9:56am on a $2500 surety bond.

Sandra Jane Mercer-Kent, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 9 at 4:30pm on a sanction.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
