Justin Mitchell Harvey, age 53 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, April 30 at 12:45pm for criminal possession of a weapon, possession of paraphernalia, possession of meth and theft. He is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.
John Lewis Hermreck, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, April 30 at 12:51pm for fleeing to elude and two Bourbon County Warrants. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Katie Lee Crowe, age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, April 30 at 4:11pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She is still being held at this time without bond.
Matthew Daniel Schweikhardt, age 36 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, April 30 at 10:04pm for felony interference with a law enforcement officer and two probation violation warrants. He is still being held at this time without bond.
