Micah James Nofsinger, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, April 7 at 8:54pm for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated battery, driving while suspended, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, theft of property or services and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, April 8th without bond.
