Donnie Joe Rucks, age 53 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, April 7 at 11:42pm for criminal use of financial card without consent, mistreatment of dependent adult and theft of property or services. He is still being held as of 8:00am April 8 th on a $30,000 surety bond.
