Gabrielle Kaye Belcher-Cowlishaw, age 20 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 2 at 6:31pm on two failure to appear warrants. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, April 6th on a $5000 surety bond.

Tarin Renee Cliffman, age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, April 2 at 6:18pm on two probation violation warrants. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, April 6th without bond.

Ross Allyn Dewitte, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, April 3 at 12:26am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on Saturday, April 4 at 8:56pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Leon Lemont Cornelius, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, April 3 at 4:05pm on a return to court order. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, April 6th without bond.

Jonah Isaiah Eisenbrandt, age 46 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, April 3 at 6:00pm on a sanction. He was released on Sunday, April 5 on 6:03pm for time served.

Keizer Ryan Johnson, age 19 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, April 3 at 10:14pm for criminal damage to property and domestic battery. He was released on Sunday, April 5 at 4:30pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Alexis Summer Leann Weller, age 20 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, April 3 at 10:16pm for domestic battery. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, April 6th on a $2500 surety bond.

Alan Joseph Ornstein, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, April 4 at 2:42am for abuse of a child, eleven counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, four counts of endangering a child, three counts of attempted murder and domestic battery. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, April 6th on a $1,000,000 surety bond.
