Clarence Omar LaRoche, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, April 29 at 9:00am on a sanction. He was still being held as of 8:00am April 30th without bond.
Ashley Diane Fontaine, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, April 29 at 2:00pm on an out of County warrant. She was released the same day at 7:29pm on a $10,000 surety bond.
