Jeffery Michael Roark, age 56 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, April 3 at 3:30am for cultivating/distributing with intent of opiates/ opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug
paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00am the same day without bond.
