Brittney Jean Curtis, age 22 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, April 2 at 1:38am for unlawful possession of controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She was released the same day at 5:33pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Lacy Wayne Bealer, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, April 2 at 1:10pm on a probation violation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Joshua M. Leighty, age 29 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, April 2 at 7:49pm for criminal damage to property and domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
