Roy Wyane  Guss, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 20 at 12:49pm for felony obstruction apprehension of prosecution.  He was released the same day at 2:20pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Samantha Marie Bealer, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 20 at 6:26pm on a probation violation warrant and other new charges.  She is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.
