Gerald Lee Turney, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 1 at 1:43pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still
being held as of 8:00am Thursday, April 2nd without bond.

Brandon Eugene Zornes, age 37 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, April 1 at 3:39pm for domestic battery, interference with a law enforcement officer and a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant. He was
still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, April 2nd without bond.

Matthew Charles Hudson, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 1 at 3:34pm for cultivating/distributing/with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use of possession of drug
paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and on out of county warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, April 2nd on a $75,000 surety bond.

Bryan Michael Wilkinson, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 1 at 9:58pm for sentencing. He was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, April 2nd without bond.
