Maria T. Cisneros, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, April 18 at 10:00am on a sanction.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Justin Eugene James, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, April 18 at 4:53pm on a probation violation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
