Estell Lyn Owen, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, April 12 at 10:52am for two counts of possession of certain Hallucinogenic drugs, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Josh Paul Lotterer, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, April 12 at 12:54pm on four probation violation warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

James Tyler Cole, age 31 was arrested by the NW Shuttle on Tuesday, April 12 at 3:08pm on an out of state warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Mandy Marie Younce, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, April 12 at 6:14pm on two failure to appear warrants.  She is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.

Chase Williams Warner, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, April 12 at 4:18pm for interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Morgan Lyn Farmer, age 19 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, April 13 at 12:19am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and a bond revocation warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
