Kelsy R. Monroe, age 18 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, April 11 at 7:45pm for aggravated battery to do bodily harm with a deadly weapon. She was still being held as of 8:00am April 12 th on a $5000 surety bond.
