Luke Norman Shepard, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 11 at 10:57am on a sentence.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Krista Rachelle Clayton, age 28 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 11 at 11:17am on an out of county warrant and an out of state warrant.  She is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Joshua Allen Warner, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 11 at 12:28pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Kendra Maye Kirby, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 11 at 10:56pm for driving while suspended and vehicle liability insurance required.  She is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

Kayla Shameruh Cubie, age 29 and Gail Denise Cubie, age 53 were arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, April 12 at 4:35am for possession of certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  They were both released the same day at 5:30am on $1000 surety bonds.
