Nathan Lee Beerbower, age 42 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, April 9 at 12:11am for domestic criminal damage to property.  He was released the same day at 8:50pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Edward A. O’Bryan, Jr. age 41 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday April 9 at 2:39am for domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Samantha Jo Thurston, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, April 9 at 3:30pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She was released the same day at 4:22pm on a $208 cash bond.

Raymond Linus Hirzel, II age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, April 9 at 5:21pm on a Bourbon County Warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.

Hayley Diana Clark, age 25 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, April 9 at 9:00pm for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal damage to property, driving while a habitual violator, driving while suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
