Sheriff Report 4/1/2026 Chelsea Lin Peveta, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 31 at 10:19am on a failure to appear warrant. She was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, April 1st without bond.

Sandra Jane Mercer-Kent, age 49 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 31 at 3:15pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She
was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, April 1st without bond.
